At ServPro of Wilson County, we’re seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and execute a wide range of construction projects. As a key player in our team, you’ll ensure exceptional service quality in all interactions with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Client Management:
    •  Manage the overall customer and client experience, ensuring satisfaction. 
    • Evaluate and sell projects, educating customers on the construction process.
  • Project Development and Execution:
    •  Develop project scopes of work and review estimates. 
    • Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals. 
    • Collect deposits and draws. 
    • Schedule in-house technicians, subcontractors, and material suppliers. 
    • Create project schedules and timelines. 
    • Oversee service execution, conduct quality assurance, and resolve issues. 
    • Document job files to support services provided. 
    • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements. 
    • Compile and resolve punch list items. 
    • Perform final walk-throughs with customers. 
    • Secure signed Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction.
  • Financial Management:
    •  Review budgets. 
    • Manage expenses and assist in collecting final payments.
  • Personnel and Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and onboard personnel as needed. 
    • Manage personnel and warranty activities. 
  • Logistics and Safety:
    • Obtain proper permits. 
    • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers. 
    • Manage equipment, tools, and materials (assets). 
    • Ensure adherence to safe work practices and risk management guidelines.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Preferred).
  • Previous construction management experience.
  • Superb customer service track record.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Walking and/or standing throughout the day.
  • Frequent driving and sitting.
  • Occasional ladder climbing.
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., heat).
  • Noise levels at individual jobsites can be loud.

Working Hours and Travel:
  • Full-time position, typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday (minimum 40 hours per week).
  • Frequent long hours, on-call work, and weekend availability.
  • Local travel required.
 

 
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
